For more information please contact Camilla or Tom on 826913.

LENT AT CARSINGTON
There will be a service of Compline at 7.00pm on Thursdays at Carsington with reflections drawn from the Bishop of Derby's new book Public Space Private Faith which touches on our faith in relation to crucial issues of faith that face us. It is particularly relevant in this
election year. 35 minutes no more. All welcome from any team churches or elsewhere.

LENT AT BONSALL
Come and join us on Wednesday evenings at 7.00pm in St James Church, as we explore the ‘I Am’ statements of Jesus from St John’s Gospel through David Adam’s Book:
The Great ‘I Am’. Each session includes: Prayer, silence, music, the Gospel, thoughts on the Gospel, the reaction of others, our actions and an affirmation. Our Lent Course is running for 5 weeks, as normal, plus a further 2 weeks - Holy Week, (exploring the ‘true-vine’) and Easter Week, (exploring the resurrection and life): same time and evening. Andrew

HELP IS NEEDED
St Margaret’s Carsington find themselves short of flower arrangers to help at the Flower Festival on May 21st-27th. If anyone in the Team would like to join our very happy band of helpers, please contact Jennifer Springall on 01629 540418. Thank you.

TEAM VICAR
Some people may not yet know that our new Team Vicar is to be the Revd Kara Sugden, who is currently the Chaplain at Canford School in Dorset. Kara brings with her a lot of experience of working with young people and, having spent time working in a team ministry before, has a good grasp of our situation as a team of churches. Due to her teaching commitments, she won’t be joining us until early in September. She is, however, worth waiting for! David Truby
